Terms of Service

1. Provider and scope

These terms govern contracts concluded through primorisvault.com between PRIMORIS™, Bradley Nkwetta, Schenkendorfstraße 13, 53173 Bonn, Germany ("we", "us") and the customer. The contract language is English.

2. Product

PRIMORIS™ Access OS is a professional control system for AI-shaped work, decisions, direction and responsibility. It structures self-declared statements and observed behaviour inside the system and returns a structured reading of divergence across three domains. It is an instrument for structured self-observation and decision control. It is not coaching, consulting, therapy, legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice, does not diagnose or measure any clinical condition, and does not guarantee any particular outcome.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the product on this website is not a binding offer. By selecting Initiate Access and completing the payment step, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we accept that offer, at the latest when we confirm the order or provide access. You will receive confirmation of the contract by email.

4. Price and payment

The price stated at checkout is the total price payable. Payment is processed by our payment service providers. Access is provided once payment has been confirmed.

5. Access and delivery

Access OS is supplied digitally as a hosted interactive system. Access is tied to the email address provided at checkout and requires sign-in through Shopify’s passwordless customer-account flow using that email address. No separate password setup or installation is required. You are responsible for providing a correct email address, maintaining access to that mailbox, and ensuring that transactional messages and one-time sign-in codes can be received.

6. Licence and intellectual property

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use Access OS for your own purposes. All content, structure, method, wording and design remain our intellectual property. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, public provision, sharing of account access, systematic extraction, scraping, or use for the training of machine learning systems is not permitted without our prior written consent.

7. Availability, updates and discontinuation

We make reasonable efforts to keep Access OS available. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or third-party infrastructure such as hosting providers, payment processors or platform services. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. We may modify or further develop Access OS provided that the essential character of the product agreed at the time of purchase is preserved.

8. Your responsibility

Access OS supports your judgement; it does not replace it. You remain responsible for your own decisions, for any use you make of AI systems, and for the consequences of both. You are responsible for using a supported browser, maintaining a working internet connection, retaining access to the email account used for purchase, and for any data you choose to store locally on your own device.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation, meaning an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance the contracting party may regularly rely. In that case liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded.

10. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The conditions, effects and model withdrawal form are set out in our Refund and Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you additionally enjoy the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, which remain unaffected by this choice of law.
