Withdrawal and Refunds

PRIMORIS™ Access OS is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. The following applies to consumers.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us by means of a clear declaration:

An email to contact@primorisvault.com is sufficient and is the fastest route. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your declaration before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

The right of withdrawal expires before the end of the 14-day period only where you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period has expired and have confirmed your awareness that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB). Where that express consent and confirmation have not been given, the right of withdrawal remains available to you for the full 14-day period.

Failed or unavailable access

If access to PRIMORIS™ Access OS cannot be established, write to contact@primorisvault.com quoting your order number. Where access cannot be provided, your statutory remedies apply, including reimbursement of the amount paid.

Beyond the statutory right

No refund right is granted beyond the statutory right of withdrawal described above. Statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
