Digital Delivery

PRIMORIS™ provides digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically, no delivery address is required and no shipping cost arises.

How access is provided

PRIMORIS™ Access OS is supplied as a hosted interactive system. Once payment is confirmed, access is tied to the email address used at checkout. The purchaser signs in through Shopify’s passwordless customer-account flow using that email address and opens Access OS through the authenticated access route.

Timing

Access is normally available within a few minutes of payment confirmation. Delays can occur where a payment requires additional verification by the payment provider.

If access cannot be established

Sign in using the email address entered at checkout and request the one-time sign-in code. If access still cannot be established, write to contact@primorisvault.com quoting your order number and we will investigate the access status. Where access cannot be provided, your statutory remedies apply, including reimbursement of the amount paid.

Requirements

A current desktop or mobile browser, an active internet connection, and access to the email address used for purchase are required. No separate password setup or installation is required.
